Lucas Yelabeyani yirezeme is the Area Manager (Northern Sector) of Consolidated Bank Ghana Ltd. (CBG). He is a Chartered Banker and a Certified Omega Credit Lender with over Fifteen (15) years’ experience in the Banking Sector of Ghana. Lucas holds an MBA(Finance) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology-KNUST, BSc. Agriculture Technology from University for Development Studies-UDS and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana (ACIB). He has extensive Banking experience having worked in several roles in Access Bank (Then Intercontinental Bank) as a Clearing Officer, Zenith Bank as Agency Head/ Relationship Manager and uniBank in Ghana as a Branch Manager. Lucas has exemplified excellence in every facet of his role. His adept management skills have ensured the financial stability and growth of many institutions, His visionary approach to Banking operations has resulted in the implementation of innovative strategies, leading to increased profitability and customer satisfaction. Lucas is a turnaround expert, having been involved in the transformation journey of the Consolidated Bank in Ghana. He is a Non-Executive Director of Tebihi-Ghana (NGO) and a Board member of Maltaaba Foundation. A born leader, Lucas possesses a unique blend of charisma, foresight and empathy with a strong eloquent, persuasive and effective communication skills. His ability to inspire and unite diverse groups towards a common goal is unparalleled. This innate talent, coupled with his profound understanding of complex economic dynamics, positions him as a formidable force in the realm of the Banking Sector. He loves playing Volleyball, swims for exercise and relaxation, spends quality time with his family and listens to music in his spare time.
